Child Support Modifications
Courts may modify existing child support orders if the party seeking a modification demonstrates a significant change of circumstances, including a significant change in the income of either parent, increased needs of a minor child or other significant changes.
If you feel you are paying too much support or not receiving enough support, I can perform a child support calculation on your behalf using the Alaska child support guidelines to determine if your support order is appropriate.
